As of August 1, 2006, the Roanoke County Information
Technology department, on behalf of the Community Development and Real
Estate Valuation departments, launched a new and improved GIS mapping
website. This website replaces the online Tax Maps and Real Estate
Data that was accessible prior to this date. The new website
features digital land parcel mapping and Real Estate tax record
information along with aerial photography, FEMA flood zone, magisterial
district and zoning classification map layers among others.
