How Virginia Drug Courts Succeed - The Arrest is Only the Beginning

Since its inception fourteen years ago, the 23rd Judicial Circuit Drug Court has successfully graduated 635 participants from their program, saving the Commonwealth the cost of their incarceration and restoring these people as productive members of society.
