Please fill out this form to the best of your ability so that we can investigate your concern. A Code Enforcement Officer will be assigned for the purposes of investigation and resolution of any violations found. Violations in public roads should be referred to the Police Department.

The information you provide will be confidential. This information is excluded from the Freedom of Information Act and does not have to be revealed. Roanoke County policy is to not reveal the identity of complainants on zoning enforcement concerns. Code Enforcement Officer needs to be able to contact you in case they have questions or need more information.
